A couple of Updates on my Portfolio. I bought a new stock and analyze the results of one of my largest holdings!
Sometimes, Mr. Market is generous in giving out opportunities. Just one week ago, I pitched a stock and said that I’d hope for a little setback (without fundamental problems at the company level) to get a better buy-in price.
Since Wednesday, we have also learned that Trump will be the 47th President of the United States. What seems to be very good news for the overall market, at least in the short term, is bad news for certain industries.
One of them is the cannabis industry, which Trump has been a critic of in the recent past. The first reaction of many cannabis stocks, thus, was a selloff.
What can become a tangible problem for US cannabis companies shouldn’t cause struggles for a company that doesn’t have any business in the US.
